What began as a hobby and love for cooking, entertaining, and taking the time to beautifully present food took on a life of its own very quickly. After catering a few of our own parties and helping out friends and family with their own, the guests kept asking, “So, you started a catering business?” That would follow with us explaining that we hadn't with them coming right back saying that we should. We brushed it off for a while but it kept coming up. After plenty of said persuasion to pursue the world of catering, we decided to get formal training from our friends at The Montesano Bros. Italian Market and Catering in Chester Springs, PA to see if we were actually fit for such a lifestyle. We sure are. Catering isn't our only passion either.
